Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is handed off to the shipping carrier.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact hello@getbabesnacks.com within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos or carrier confirmation. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned to us due to address errors or failed delivery attempts may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.

We currently ship within the United States only.
