Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@getbabesnacks.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion. Items reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

All food products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or unopened food items

  • Items purchased on sale

  • Gift cards

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Taste preferences

  • Baking results

  • Improper storage or preparation

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If an item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right as outlined above.

Shipping Issues

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, shipping delays are outside our control. If your package is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review the issue. If approved, a replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
